Founder and Chairman of the Board
Alireza founded Sovern Global to bring a group of complementary businesses under one set of commitments. He chairs the board and leads on strategy, capital allocation, and the standards each company is held to.
Mohammadreza Arabi
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Mohammadreza leads the group day to day, working with each company on operations, growth, and the delivery of the four programs. He is responsible for turning the board's strategy into results the portfolio can be measured on.
